clean & simple sunday no. 62

Christmas Thank You Notes… to send or not to send? That is the question… I found a little article on this topic to help give some direction on when it’s appropriate to send a Christmas thank you note… you can find that link here, or feel free to google the topic should you wish for more guidance!

I need to send out a few special thank you’s so I just put together a small set of these clean and simple thank you notes…

I used two sheets of sky card stock and cut the cards to 10″ by 3.5″, folding them in half to create four base cards of 5 x 3.5″. This card size fits perfectly into a 4Bar-sized envelope (those little envelopes you usually see with a wedding invitation for the response card). I used candy cane striped card stock as well as cut a scalloped circle out of vanilla for each card. The inks I used were cherry for the snowflake image and versafine black for the sentiment. I finished off the card with some foam squares to pop up the snowflake and a cherry sparkle sticker for the center. The A|S stamp sets I chose for these cards are Let it Snow and Essential Sentiments.

Great to have a few simple, festive thank you notes on hand going into the holiday season but these are so easy to create out of your holiday scraps that even whipping them up after is a snap!

I want to wish all of you a joyful, blessed holiday surrounded by people you love…looking forward to sharing more with you in the New Year… xo  Kris
